Our drivers do not cancel confirmed rides. When you book with Panda Squad, your ride is confirmed and we show up — no last-minute cancellations leaving you scrambling.
Drivers are held to strict readiness standards: checked in and ready well before every scheduled pickup, with the ride monitored by the company from booking to drop-off.
If something beyond a driver's control ever makes them unable to reach you, Panda Squad — not you — owns the problem. We put another driver on your ride, or the owner covers it personally. We contact you right away and keep you informed until you are picked up.
If we ever cannot cover your ride, you are not charged, and no cancellation fee of any kind applies when the company cancels. Fees only ever apply under the rider Cancellation Policy.
Driving for Panda Squad is a privilege. A driver who lets a rider down without an emergency does not keep driving for us.
