Panda Squad Transportation LLC — When you book a ride with Panda Squad, you agree to this cancellation policy and to our terms and driver policies.
Your booking is confirmed once your payment hold or payment is completed. A booking that was never confirmed can be cancelled at no charge.
If your driver has been dispatched and is on the way when you cancel, the cancellation fee is $10. If no driver is on the way yet, cancelling is free.
Cancel 1 hour or more before your pickup time: no fee. Cancel less than 1 hour before your pickup time: $10.
Cancel 3 hours or more before your pickup time: no fee, full refund of your prepayment. Cancel less than 3 hours before your pickup time: a fee of 25% of the total price paid, deducted from your prepayment; the rest is refunded.
Cancel 24 hours or more before your pickup time: no fee, full refund of your prepayment. Cancel less than 24 hours before your pickup time: a fee of 25% of the total price paid, deducted from your prepayment; the rest is refunded.
If your driver arrives, waits for you, and you do not show up, a $10 no-show fee applies.
If you booked with cash and cancel outside the free window, the fee is recorded on your account and must be settled before you can book another cash ride.
For card bookings, fees are charged to the card used for the booking; for prepaid airport rides, the fee is deducted from the prepayment and the remainder refunded.
